Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer/Technical Lead with over 10 years of software development experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions while leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in SFRA architecture, OCAPI, SCAPI, integrations, custom cartridges, payment gateways, third-party services, CI/CD, and cloud-native development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performance eCommerce solutions using SFRA and SiteGenesis (migration knowledge preferred).
- Design reusable cartridges, controllers, pipelines, models, helpers, and middleware.
- Implement responsive storefronts with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, Bootstrap, and up-to-date frontend frameworks.
- Develop custom business logic using ISML templates, controllers, jobs, hooks, and services.
- Build and customize checkout flows, shopping carts, promotions, coupons, wish lists, customer accounts, and order management features.
- Implement payment gateway integrations such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Cybersource, Authorize.Net, Klarna, or Braintree.




- Integrate third-party systems including CRM, ERP, OMS, PIM, CMS, Tax, Shipping, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OCAPI, SCAPI, and Service Framework.
- Configure Business Manager, catalogs, inventory, promotions, campaigns, search refinement, customer groups, and content assets.
- Optimize storefront performance, page speed, caching strategies, indexing, and search functionality.
- Implement SEO best practices including metadata, structured data, canonical URLs, redirects, and sitemap generation.
- Build scheduled jobs for inventory synchronization, pricing updates, catalog imports, and order exports.
- Develop secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth, SSO, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
- Configure webhooks and event-driven integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
- Design CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Manage deployments across Development, Sandbox, Staging, and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Solution Architects.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
