- Build and manage a team of at least 45 direct or indirect reports, ensuring capability, accountability, and delivery rigor.

- Anchor and execute change management initiatives linked to business growth, structural shifts, policy evolution, or operating model changes.

- Drive one or more critical people pillars with proven depth in HR operations, learning and development, or performance management.

- Influence senior stakeholders on talent decisions, people interventions, and organization effectiveness.

- Support leadership in building a strong performance culture, managerial capability, and scalable people practices.

- Use data, judgment, and business context to improve HR processes and strengthen decision-making.

- Ensure smooth execution across employee life cycle processes while maintaining a high-trust, high-performance environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an SME IT or technology company.

- Clear evidence of having contributed to rapid organization scaling, such as 100 to 500 or 500 to 1000 employees over about two years.

- Proven team management experience, with at least 45 team members reporting.

- Strong exposure to partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders, including CXO-level interactions.

- Demonstrated success in change management and implementation of people processes in fast-changing business environments.

- Solid working depth in at least one of these areas: HR operations, L&D;, or performance management.

- Strong professional stability with well-considered career moves.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence credibly.

- Good educational pedigree, with preference for candidates from reputed institutions; full-time MBA / PGDM in HR or related field will be strongly preferred.

- Ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

Key Competencies

- Senior stakeholder management.

- Team leadership and people development.

- Change management.

- HR operations excellence.

- Learning and development / performance management depth.

- Communication and executive presence.

- Business acumen.

- Process orientation with strong ownership mindset.

Preferred Background

A track record of building people processes in organizations that are evolving from founder-led or mid-scale structures into more mature and scalable setups will be especially relevant.
