A Video Creator and Video Editor oversees the entire process from Concept ideation to final finish. He/She is responsible for concept development, motion graphics, color grading, and audio syncing to deliver platform-ready content.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning and Concept Ideation: Brainstorming concepts with the team, finalizing scripts, and creating storyboards or shot lists for brand campaigns or social media platforms.
- Video Editing: Assembling and trimming raw footage to create rough cuts, ensuring logical sequencing, narrative flow, and positive pacing. Recording clear Video/audio to capture high-quality raw footage when required.
- Post-production Enhancements: Adding subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, background music, sound effects, and color grading.
- Platform Optimization: Formatting videos for specific channels (e.g.,



Social Media, Video for Offline Marketing for Customers and Awareness videos for customers etc) and understanding algorithms for maximum engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut, Canva, Kling or other AI tools.
- Storytelling & Creativity: Strong sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, and the ability to turn a concept into an engaging narrative.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and organize large amounts of digital footage.
