Job Title: Manager (HR & Payroll )

Division: E3 Group Edgeband

Location: Grater Noida (Kasna)

Key Responsibilities:

* Process end-to-end monthly payroll and salary disbursement.

* Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.

* Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour laws.

* Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.

* Maintain employee records, HRMS, and HR MIS reports.

* Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).

* Coordinate with Finance and department heads for payroll and compliance.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).

*5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations and payroll, preferably in manufacturing.

Skills:

* Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and labour laws.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.

* Robust communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

* High attention to detail and confidentiality.
