Role Overview

NR Consulting is looking for a Senior Talent Advisor, Engineering with robust experience recruiting engineering and technical talent for the U.S. staffing market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on direct client requirements and hiring for roles across engineering, manufacturing, industrial, energy, utilities, construction, and technical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and submit candidates for engineering and technical roles in the U.S. market.
- Recruit for positions such as Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Controls Engineer, and Field Service Engineer.
- Work on W2 requirements for direct clients and staffing programs.
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, certifications, location, work authorization, pay rate, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding documents, and joining follow-ups.




- Partner with account managers and delivery teams to meet client submission timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily updates.
