About the Role:-SandMartin is seeking a highly motivated AI & Automation Specialist to join its transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions across the organization.

The role involves identifying automation opportunities, implementing AI solutions, integrating systems, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency across finance, accounting, HR, operations, business development, and other business functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and operational teams to evaluate emerging technologies, develop practical automation solutions, and support the organization's AI transformation journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI Adoption & Implementation

- Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and technologies that improve business productivity and efficiency.
- Identify practical use cases for Generative AI across finance, accounting, HR, operations, marketing, and business support functions.
- Support the deployment and adoption of AI-powered solutions across departments.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.

2. Process Automation & Workflow Optimization

- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
- Implement automation solutions using modern workflow automation platforms and business applications.
- Continuously monitor and optimize automated processes.

3. Finance & Accounting Automation

- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to automate reporting, reconciliations, data processing, and operational workflows.
- Support initiatives related to Tally automation, system integrations,



and finance process optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and process efficiency through technology.

4. AI Agents & Internal Productivity Solutions

- Develop and deploy AI-powered assistants, internal tools, and workflow solutions to support business operations.
- Explore and implement AI agent-based solutions for process automation and knowledge management.
- Create scalable solutions that improve employee productivity and decision-making.

5. Systems Integration & Data Management

- Work with APIs, databases, and business applications to build connected workflows and automate data movement.
- Support integration between internal systems, third-party applications, and AI platforms.
- Ensure reliability, accuracy, and security of automated solutions.

6. Technology Evaluation & Innovation

- Evaluate new software platforms, AI tools, and automation technologies.
- Build proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to assess business value and feasibility.
- Recommend technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with finance, operations, HR, business development, and technology teams to understand business challenges and requirements.
- Translate business needs into practical technology-driven solutions.
- Facilitate adoption and effective utilization of AI and automation initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, workflow automation, or related areas.
- Experience working with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and workflow design.
- Experience building or supporting business process automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Experience working on finance, accounting, ERP, or Tally-related automation projects will be an advantage.
