Job Overview

- Role: 2D Designer (AutoCAD)

- Designation: Executive

- Location: Remote / Work from Home (Candidates based near Noida, UP preferred)

- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred)

- Work Shift: Night Shift (16:00 to 01:00 Hrs / Open for night shifts)

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate 2D designs and layouts using AutoCAD in a fast-paced production environment.

- Utilize existing tools and systems to deliver accurate design products.

- Collaborate effectively with internal and international teams.

- Handle highly confidential information, including proprietary designs, manuals, and reports, with strict discretion.

- Implement constructive feedback to continuously improve design quality and personal growth.

Requirements

- Technical Skills:



Proficiency in AutoCAD (certification is a plus); comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- Industry Experience: Background in the swimming pool industry is a strong plus, though not mandatory.

- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and math skills, exceptional attention to detail, and robust time-management capabilities.

- Communication: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are a must for collaborating with international stakeholders.

- Work Ethic: A self-motivated learner who thrives under pressure, particularly during peak business seasons.
