Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Next (MC Next) to lead enterprise-scale digital marketing transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing scalable marketing automation solutions, customer journey orchestration, data integration, personalization, and customer engagement strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MC Next).
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing marketing automation architectures.
- Lead solution design workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Define customer engagement strategies, segmentation models, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement customer journeys using Journey Builder and Next-generation Marketing Cloud capabilities.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Build personalization strategies using AI-driven recommendations and customer insights.
- Design and optimize data models, contact management, audience segmentation, and consent management.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA,



and other privacy regulations.
- Provide architectural guidance for Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Intelligence.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver marketing solutions.
- Define best practices, governance standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor technical teams and conduct architecture reviews.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and architecture experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Marketing Cloud Next (MC Next).
- Strong experience with:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Mobile Studio
- Content Builder
- Contact Builder
- Intelligence Reports
- Personalization

- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with:

- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- CRM systems
- REST/SOAP APIs
- MuleSoft or other integration platforms

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement.
- Experience in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, and customer analytics.




- Experience with AI-powered marketing capabilities within Salesforce.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics/Tableau.
- Knowledge of CDP, Customer 360, and customer identity resolution.
- Exposure to GenAI/Einstein AI capabilities in Salesforce.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.

- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing solutions.
- Experience implementing enterprise-scale marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Growth Edition and Agentforce integration.
