Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Drive hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, Cloud, Engineering, and other Technology roles.
- Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.
- Proven expertise in hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, Cloud, Engineering, and Technology roles.
- Robust understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and recruitment methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
