About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Candidates with prior experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create engaging content in collaboration with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
- Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid social media efforts.
- Build and maintain a solid online brand presence.
- Identify influencer collaboration and partnership opportunities when required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience in Ed-Tech industry preferred
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
