We are seeking a skilled Zscaler L2 Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of Zscaler solutions, including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Client Connector.

The role requires solid analytical and troubleshooting skills to support enterprise customers and ensure service availability, security compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for Zscaler technologies including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).

Troubleshoot user access, application connectivity, authentication, SSL inspection, and performance-related issues.

Manage and maintain Internet Access, Firewall, URL Filtering, DNS Control, Cloud Firewall, DLP Stack and SSL Inspection policies.

Configure and troubleshoot ZPA applications,



App Connectors, Service Edges, Access Policies, and Segment Groups.

Analyze logs using Zscaler analytics and troubleshoot issues utilizing packet captures, browser HAR logs, and ZCC logs.

Should have knowledge on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, Proxy, NAT, Routing, Firewall Concepts, SSL/TLS Certificate Management

Support integrations with Identity Providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, and ADFS.

Manage SAML, SCIM, MFA, and authentication-related configurations.

Perform policy reviews, optimization, and security recommendations aligned with industry best practices.

Mandatory certification : ZDTA and ZDTE

Preferred Certifications : CCNA / CCNP , Zscaler Delivery Specialist
