Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Backend Developer with 1-3 Years of Experience in building and maintaining scalable, secure web APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and relational databases.

The selected candidate will contribute to backend services for dashboards, real-time notifications, authentication and authorization modules, reporting, third-party integrations, and performance-sensitive applications. The role requires strong problem-solving ability, attention to code quality, and comfort with debugging and production-related issues.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Backend Developer with 1-3 Years of Experience in building and maintaining scalable, secure web APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and relational databases.

The selected candidate will contribute to backend services for dashboards, real-time notifications, authentication and authorization modules, reporting, third-party integrations, and performance-sensitive applications. The role requires robust problem-solving ability, attention to code quality, and comfort with debugging and production-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, stored procedures, indexes, and data-access layer
- Build secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, RBAC, claims, and permission-based access control




- Develop real-time functionality such as notifications, alerts, and live dashboard updates using SignalR
- Implement and maintain background jobs, scheduled tasks, retries, and automated workflow using Hangfire or similar tools
- Integrate third-party APIs and services based on product and business requirements
- Troubleshoot API, database, CORS, IIS, deployment, and connectivity-related issues
- Maintain API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI and support frontend teams during API integration

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API development, and RESTful services.
- Good knowledge of MySQL or/and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including schema design, joins, stored procedures, indexes, query optimization, and data migration.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Database troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of JWT authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), claims, permissions, and secure API development.
- Hands-on experience hosting, configuring, or supporting ASP.NET applications using IIS
- Knowledge of SignalR, real-time notifications, Hangfire/background jobs, and scheduled services.
- Experience with Git, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Visual Studio, and VS Code.
- Ability to debug API, database, IIS, CORS, deployment, and connectivity issues.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
