Job Responsibilities

Manage sales operations and achieve business targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Appoint, manage, and maintain relationships with distributors and dealers.

Train and guide sales representatives to improve performance.

Prepare and execute territory sales plans.

Drive business growth through market expansion and strong channel management.

Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor and dealer sales within the Home Appliances or Kitchen Appliances industry.

Robust experience in channel sales and territory management.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Must be a local resident of Noida.

Graduation is mandatory.
