Role: Associate Management Consultant (Female) Location: Work from Home (Full time)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Consult Indian MSMEs to identify gaps in their systems
- Design workflows, reports, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Pivot, Sheets
- Analyze business data and convert it into meaningful strategies
- Prepare presentations for internal and client-facing use
- Use simple management software tools to track client success
- Ensure implementation, follow-ups, and client relationship building

You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- A post-graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Ops, Admin, Projects, or Consulting roles
- Strong analytical & presentation skills
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- A personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection
