Job description: Customer Support Associate | International Voice
Role & responsibilities
- Resolve international customer queries over calls.
- Interact with customers to resolve billing issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Upsell and achieve KPIs
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 + year international BPO experience in voice process
- Graduation not mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible working in rotational / night shifts
