Role & responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end quality control of Bengali localized content, including subtitles, scripts, and dubbed audio.
- Review Bengali subtitles for linguistic accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, readability, and natural language flow.
- Validate translations to ensure contextual accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency with the source content.
- Conduct dubbing quality checks by evaluating lip-sync, audio clarity, pronunciation, timing, tone, and overall performance.
- Identify and report translation errors, omissions, inconsistencies, mistranslations, and formatting issues.
- Ensure subtitles and dubbed content comply with client-specific style guides, glossaries, terminology, and platform standards.
- Verify subtitle synchronization, formatting, and technical specifications for OTT and broadcast platforms.




- Document quality issues with transparent feedback and collaborate with translators, editors, linguists, and dubbing studios to resolve them.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and turnaround timelines.
- Track recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements to enhance localization workflows and efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of linguistic accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency across all assigned projects.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality processes, client requirements, and industry best practices for media localization.
