Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for the Financial Reporting & Consolidation role:

Location: Sec 135, Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: General

Job Purpose:

To manage and improve the organizations financial reporting system. The role involves preparation of standalone & consolidated financial statements as per IND AS, driving the financial MIS, and ensuring accurate & timely reporting across plants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements for listed company & subsidiaries
- Own multi-currency group consolidation including JV accounting for monthly MIS and statutory reporting
- Coordinate with Billing, AR, AP, Tax, Costing, Inventory, Revenue, and Internal Audit teams
- Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Design & implement accounting policies, controls, and SOPs




- Maintain fixed asset records and ensure robust accounting systems
- Drive ERP/IT initiatives and process improvements
- Support month-end and year-end close activities

Key Requirements:

- CA Qualified with 3+ years experience
- Prior experience in Consumer Goods/Manufacturing Company required.
- Strong knowledge of IND AS, GAAP, Financial Modeling, and GL
- Hands-on in financial consolidation, MIS, and reporting
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience required
- Valuable analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
