Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Experts to spearhead hiring for international voice and chat-based processes across leading clients in the US, UK, Australia, and European markets. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and hiring delivery for high-volume and niche international customer support operations.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in scaling international BPO operations and building high-performing recruitment teams capable of delivering quality hires within aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment Leadership

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for international Voice, Chat, Email, and Customer Support processes.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to support rapid business growth across US, UK, Australian, and European clients.
- Forecast hiring demand in partnership with Operations and Business Leaders.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of all hiring requirements while maintaining quality benchmarks.

High-Volume International Hiring

- Manage large-scale hiring drives for Customer Service Executives, Technical Support Associates, Sales Associates, Team Leaders, Trainers, Quality Analysts, and Operations Managers.
- Drive bulk hiring campaigns through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment partners.
- Create talent pipelines for future business ramp-ups.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Collaborate closely with Operations Heads, Delivery Leaders, and HR Leadership.
- Participate in hiring reviews with senior management and provide recruitment dashboards and insights.




- Act as a strategic recruitment advisor to business stakeholders.

Recruitment Process Excellence

- Monitor sourcing effectiveness, screening quality, interview turnaround time, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Team Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Drive recruiter productivity, accountability, and performance management.
- Establish best practices for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in International BPO hiring.
- Proven expertise in hiring for:
- US Voice Processes
- UK Customer Service
- Australian Support Processes
- European Customer Operations
- Chat & Email Support Programs

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
