- Undergo structured training in capacitor manufacturing operations.
- Operate and supervise SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) and automatic production machines.
- Monitor production, quality, and machine performance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop the capability to independently supervise a production line.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, SPMs, automation, and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for manufacturing.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor.
