Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US Shift/Night Shift BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring for customer support, tele sales, and cold-calling roles while ensuring timely closures and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions.
- Manage bulk hiring for US Shift/Night Shift roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in BPO/Bulk Hiring.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
