About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specialises in short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance content quality.
- Create high-retention videos optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and editing styles.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to execute content strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Optimize video formats and specifications for different social media platforms.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Robust understanding of social media content trends.
- Experience with motion graphics, text animations, and visual storytelling.




- Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and video optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple editing assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Media, Mass Communication, Design, Film Production, or a related field.
- Experience editing content for influencers, brands, agencies, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Portfolio showcasing short-form video editing work.
