We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) to develop, enhance, and optimize applications on SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modern ABAP development, SAP Fiori, CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP BTP, with a robust understanding of Clean Core principles and SAP Public Cloud development standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions using RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Develop custom applications on SAP S/4HANA using RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.
- Build and enhance SAP Fiori applications integrated with RAP services.
- Develop RESTful APIs and business services using SAP BTP and SAP Gateway.
- Design reusable, scalable, and secure solutions following SAP Clean Core principles.
- Develop and optimize CDS Views, associations, annotations, and virtual data models.
- Work with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and ABAP Development Tools (ADT/Eclipse).
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Architects, and Business Users to understand business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and optimize application performance.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and code review artifacts.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing.

- 812 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in:

- OData Services
- SAP Gateway
- Fiori Elements

- Experience with ADT (ABAP Development Tools) and Eclipse.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP ABAP Environment.
- Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud development guidelines and extensibility concepts.
- Experience with SAP Clean Core architecture.
- Good understanding of SAP authorization concepts and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git-enabled development and transport management is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Event Mesh, or CAP.
- Knowledge of SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Build Apps.
- Exposure to SAP AI, Joule, or Business AI capabilities.
- Experience working in SAP Public Cloud implementations.
- SAP ABAP or SAP BTP certification is preferred.
