Job Title: SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP SLT (System Landscape Transformation) to lead Central Finance implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise, lead project workstreams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive successful implementation of SAP Central Finance solutions across enterprise landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Design and configure SAP Central Finance solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and blueprint activities.
- Configure and manage SAP SLT for real-time financial data replication from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
- Configure and support key CFIN components, including:

- Initial Load & Real-Time Replication
- Application Interface Framework (AIF)
- Mapping Framework (MDG/MDM)
- Error Handling & Monitoring
- Document Replication & Reconciliation

- Work closely with Finance, Business, Technical, Basis, Security, Integration, and MDG teams.
- Lead data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SLT, and third-party applications.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support solution documentation, functional specifications, and business process design.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.




- Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices, SAP Activate methodology, and Clean Core principles.

Required Skills

- 812 years of SAP consulting experience with robust expertise in SAP Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation or rollout projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SLT configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Controlling (CO)
- Universal Journal

- Experience with:

- SAP AIF
- MDG Mapping
- Financial Document Replication
- Initial Load & Real-Time Replication

- Good understanding of finance business processes and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems into Central Finance landscapes.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP MDG, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud ALM, or SAP Signavio.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP Central Finance certification is preferred.
- Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition projects.
- Exposure to RISE with SAP and Public/Private Cloud environments.
