We use cutting edge technology to help our US Healthcare Providers. We have diversified into RCM and IT support services in the recent past and have aspiring growth plan. We have been operating from Noida.

Objectives of this role

- Maintain day-to-day functioning and the workflow of the organisation through effective communication
- Extend support to the team by performing administrative, creative, technical and secretarial support, as a virtual staff member
- Support the other departments of the organisation as and when required, as a virtual PA
- Sort and manage documentation and other digital records of the company, as an online assistant
- Monitor the workflow and devise better strategies to make scheduling and communication procedures more effective and productive
- Deliver high-quality administrative assistant services consistently

Responsibilities

- Manage all forms of communications, from emails to phone calls and meetings




- Plan and curate content for social media and other digital platforms through effective virtual support
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and uploading documents
- Schedule and book travel appointments and manage them through the course of the journey
- Organise calendars for managers and other staff members as a virtual administrator
- Carry out market research and make presentations on the same, if required
- Issue invoices and track the status of payments from clients

Required skills and qualifications

- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar role with US Client is preffered
- Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of MS Office,
- Spreadsheets and other basic tools
- Ability to follow instructions and execute them with minimal supervision

Job Location- Noida Sector-3

Shifts - US Shift 6.30pm-3.30am / 7pm-4am (Monday- Friday)
