Role & Responsibilities

- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D layouts, space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D designs, mood boards, material selections, and presentations for clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Visit project sites for measurements, design discussions, and execution supervision.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client expectations.
- Resolve client queries and provide design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, material specifications, and design records.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Interior Design company or Interior & Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Hands-on experience in handling client meetings and understanding customer requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, site teams, and project managers.
- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates with experience in residential and commercial interior projects will be preferred.
