Required Skills-
Strong understanding of payment systems, industry standards (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT, PCI-DSS), and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and PCI-DSS standard
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Agile and/or Scrum experience is a plus.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to payments products and services.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA,



and operations teams to design and implement payment solutions.
Define and map end-to-end payment workflows (e.g., card payments, ACH, wire transfers, RTP, digital wallets).
Conduct gap analysis between current and target payment processes.
Assist in UAT planning, test case development, and defect triaging.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the payments ecosystem.
Act as the SME (subject matter expert) for internal and external stakeholders on payment systems.
Support risk, compliance, and audit efforts as required
