Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished General Manager MEP to lead the planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and delivery of MEP systems for high-end real estate developments. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in luxury residential, group housing, and commercial projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex developments while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete MEP function across luxury residential, group housing, and commercial projects.
- Manage MEP design, execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and value engineering proposals.
- Drive cost optimization without compromising quality or project timelines.
- Resolve technical and site-related challenges and provide effective engineering solutions.




- Lead and mentor MEP teams while ensuring high performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 15-20 years of relevant experience exclusively in the real estate sector.
- Mandatory experience in luxury residential, group housing, and commercial real estate projects.
- Robust expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Thorough understanding of MEP codes, statutory approvals, and industry best practices.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary project teams.
