Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the management of our enterprise identity, access, and collaboration platforms in a hybrid setting. The ideal candidate should bring a strong hands-on background in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365, with a focus on maintaining security, availability, and compliance across all platforms.

- Administer On-Prem Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS, domain health).
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID including hybrid identity sync, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
- Implement identity security controls and support audits and compliance initiatives.
- Troubleshoot authentication, access, and collaboration issues.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.




- Maintain documentation and support change and incident management activities.

Required Skills

- Experience 58 years of experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of Hybrid AD environments
- Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, GPOs, and SSO
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
- Exposure to enterprise or compliance-driven IT environments
- Preferred Microsoft certifications (Azure / Entra ID / M365)
- Experience with identity security or Zero Trust concepts
