Counter checking of Process parameters (Quality) before and after baking for each line of operation. On line checking of sealing of laminate to be done at regular intervals and solving on line quality issues as when required with help of shift manager and packing inchage and ensure uniform product quality throughout the shift. On line biscuits checking at oven end like appearance, manufacturing defects,carbon,oil,milk,salt spry, wire band cleaning etc. Checking of Pkts quality & seal integrity, coding on laminate& CFC after every 2 hrs. Metal detector sensitivity should be checked with standard probe after refer time if you found Metal detector fails to sense, then you have to immediately stop the plant & rectify the Metal detector problem by maintenance dept. & If you found any erroneous detection then you checks all biscuits by placing one by one biscuits through Metal detector and then on finding any metal in biscuits, search the root cause of that metal and report to QA Head.
