Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding hiring requirements and candidate status.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, selection, and offer coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, employment laws, and hiring procedures.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, onboarding, and induction activities for selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and recruitment portals.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Educational Qualification
Undergraduate (UG): Any Graduate
Preferred Experience
- 03 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, preferably in the Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industry.
