1. Design 3D & 2D models using CAD software (AutoCAD & Creo).
2. Focus on Sheet Metal Component & Plastic Injection Molded Component Design, including flat pattern development, bend allowance, and manufacturability checks.
3. Prepare BOMs, drawings, control plans, and documentation.
4. Coordinate with validation for improvements.
5. Lead or participate in Kaizen and cost-saving projects.
6. Support ECN and design sign-offs.
7. Ensure audit-ready design data.
Preferred candidate profile
- AutoCAD / Creo
- Strong Sheet Metal Component Design skills
- Robust Plastic Injection Molded Component Design skills
- GD&T; and Tolerance Analysis
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Machining, Fabrication, Molding)
- Problem-solving mindset and documentation accuracy
