Responsibilities

- Design newsletters, emailers, internal campaign creatives, and event collaterals.
- Create presentations, banners, posters, infographics, and other internal communication assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging visual experiences aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal communication and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for employee engagement initiatives and internal branding campaigns.
- Design digital assets for internal events, announcements, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creatives within timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to improve creative output continuously.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for designing emailers will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.




- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital creatives.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and branding principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to understand creative briefs and present design concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating polished and impactful designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for emailers is a plus.
- Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
