Job Responsibilities:

1. Costing of wires, plastic and stamping parts

2. Tooling and Process development for Automotive Wire Harness components ( Plastic Injection molding and Stamping)

3. Expertise to do the Zero base costing

4. PPAP & APQP, supplier quality management process knowledge

5. Supplier Auditing - Cost and Quality

6. Hands on experience to work on MRP

7. Commercial settlement / Price negotiation with suppliers

8. Management of raw material trends and evaluating cost change
