What You'll Do-
Customer Support Executive -
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
- Deliver prompt and professional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Sales Executive-
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote products/services and explain their benefits.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on experience).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment (for Sales).
