We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 8+ years of expertise in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary architectural projects. This senior role involves strategic project leadership, design excellence, and mentoring junior architects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project design and execution, from concept to completion.
- Ensure architectural quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and project architects.
- Incorporate innovative and sustainable design practices.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to articulate design intent clearly and confidently.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP and structural consultants.
- Contribute to the delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Integrate sustainable strategies and contemporary design approaches.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of fa ade systems, materials, and construction detailing.
Project Exposure:
Work on Group housing, high-rise residential, large scale mixed-use developments, and hospitality projects.
Candidate Profile:
- B.Arch. degree (mandatory).
- 8+ years of professional experience in large-scale architecture projects.
- Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/project management tools.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate to Noida.
