Job Summary

The Business Head will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, revenue growth, and operational excellence of BOP Realty. This role requires a seasoned real estate professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of scaling real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall business strategy aligned with BOP Realtys vision and growth objectives
- Lead sales, marketing, leasing, and business development functions to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, land acquisitions, and expansion markets
- Oversee end-to-end real estate operations including residential, commercial, and mixeduse projects
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, developers, investors, channel partners, and clients
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards across all projects
- Drive branding, positioning, and customer experience initiatives
- Prepare and present business plans, performance reports,



and forecasts to senior leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and P&L; management
- In-depth understanding of real estate markets, transactions, project lifecycle, and regulations
- Proven ability to scale operations and drive revenue growth
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
