We are looking for a proactive and analytical Delivery Operations Analyst to support project delivery, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery operations across customer accounts.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure process compliance.
- Identify process improvements and support operational excellence.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in Delivery Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
