We are seeking a skilled Project Architect with 5 7 years of experience in large-scale projects. This role involves project oversight, design development, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation of presentation, concept, submission, tender, and working drawings.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate effectively with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
- Present design proposals to clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee construction documentation and site coordination.
Project Exposure:
Work on Group housing, high-rise residential, large scale mixed-use developments, and hospitality projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelors Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
- Should have a valuable command over Photoshop, Lumion, AutoCAD.
- 5 7 years of professional experience
- Should have experience in Group housing, high rise residential projects commercial /mixed land use and Hospitality.
- Based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate to Noida.
