We are looking for a talented Architect with 2 4 years of experience to contribute to design and execution of innovative, sustainable, and large-scale projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentation, concept, submission, tender, and working drawings.
- Interpret client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Support project management activities including timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to client presentations and project documentation.
Project Exposure:
Work on Group housing, high-rise residential, large scale mixed-use developments, and hospitality projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelors Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
- Should have a positive command over Photoshop, Lumion, AutoCAD.
- 2 4 years of professional experience or relevant internships. Good experience in large scale projects.
- Should have experience in Group housing, high rise residential projects commercial /mixed land use and Hospitality.
- Based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate to Noida.
