Key Responsibilities

The Business Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. Key responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Present and showcase jewellery collections to clients, provide product information, and coordinate client appointments and orders.
3. Coordinate with karigars (craftsmen) and production teams to monitor the progress of jewellery manufacturing, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
4. Manage order processing, delivery schedules, and customer communication to ensure a seamless buying experience.
5. Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, collection coordination, and maintain accurate transaction records.
6. Maintain and reconcile jewellery inventory, stock records, and movement of products between the studio, exhibitions, and clients.
7. Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trunk shows, and promotional events across Delhi NCR and selected outstation cities, including logistics, inventory movement, and in office support.





Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a dynamic and organized female candidate residing in or around Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should:

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be confident interacting with premium clientele and presenting fine jewellery collections.

- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- Be comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and business management tools.

- Have strong coordination and follow-up skills with clients, artisans, and vendors.

- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first approach.

- Be willing to travel with the proprietor for exhibitions and business events in Delhi NCR and selected outstation cities, including travel involving multiple days.

Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
