About the Campaign

Cool the Planet is an environmental sustainability initiative by Vision India Talent Foundation aimed at creating greener communities through tree plantation drives, plastic waste reduction, and awareness about sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

Role: Campaign Intern

As a Campaign Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and promotion of the Cool the Planet campaign. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental initiatives while gaining practical experience in campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and organizing tree plantation drives and environmental awareness campaigns.
- Travel to client locations, educational institutions, NGOs, corporates, and partner organizations for meetings and campaign engagement.
- Conduct telephonic outreach and follow-ups to generate recent leads and build campaign partnerships.
- Engage with schools, colleges, communities, and volunteers to promote sustainability initiatives.
- Create and manage digital content, including social media posts, blogs, and campaign updates.
- Prepare presentations, campaign proposals, and promotional materials.




- Conduct research on sustainability trends and prepare reports.
- Coordinate volunteers and support event logistics.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, leads, partnerships, and campaign progress using CRM or Google Sheets.
- Track campaign impact metrics such as trees planted, participants engaged, and outreach achieved.

Eligibility & Skills

- Passion for environmental sustainability and social impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Docs).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Students or fresh graduates from Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Management, Marketing, or any discipline are encouraged to apply.
