Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager FP&A; and Pricing

Location: Greater Noida (WFO)

Experience: 5- 12 Years (MBA or CA qualified)

Role overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused professional to join our Finance team as a Manager / Senior Manager FP&A; and Pricing. The role requires strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management, pricing, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive FP&A; activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Own and monitor business P&L;, ensuring margin control and profitability.
- Perform MIS reporting, financial analysis, and variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget).
- Support pricing, commercial evaluations, contract reviews, and deal profitability assessments.
- Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.




- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and accounting principles.
- Support RFPs, business proposals, and pricing models.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance-related technology enhancements.

Required Skills

- Strong FP&A; and Business Finance experience.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management.
- Expertise in pricing, commercial finance, and profitability analysis.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and accounting concepts.
- Experience in MIS reporting and variance analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualification

- MBA or CA qualified are preferred.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
