Job Purpose:

To manage the Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) function, ensuring timely collection, verification, and closure of all required documents post loan disbursement, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms. Candidate will ensure operational accuracy, contribute to risk mitigation, customer satisfaction and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation System Process:

?Collect and verify post-disbursement documents of loan account.

?Ensure proper indexing / storage retrieval / refilling of original documents.

?Monitor timelines for document submission and escalate delays.

?Track document pendency and initiate follow-ups.

?Ensure accurate tagging of borrower/property details.

Regulatory Compliance:

?Coordinate with legal, credit, sales, and technical teams.

?Liaise with external Vendors (Storage, E-Agreement etc.).

?RBI KYC norms ? PAN, Aadhaar, address proof validation and cKYC processing.

?SARFAESI Act ? Proper charge creation and registration.

?Regulatory Reporting ? Accurate and timely updates and support audit.

Risk/Quality Control Reporting/MIS:





?Identify and escalate documentation discrepancies.

?Ensure safekeeping of original documents in FRFC storage.

?Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

?Prepare MIS reports on document pendency, compliance status, and exceptions.

?Support internal/external audits with required documentation.

Qualifications, Experience Competencies:

?Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

?4-5 years of experience and strong understanding of Operations, Disbursement, PDD management, Property Papers preferably in an NBFC or BFSI workplace.

?Prior experience in managing audits and regulatory compliance is a plus (RBI, NHB, SARFAESI).

?Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis and familiarity with loan origination management systems (e.g., FinnOne, Pennant)
