1. Platform Ownership & Execution:

- Own end-to-end management of all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently and regularly, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Manage the content calendar and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
- Drive consistent growth in followers, reach, and ER while positioning Luxmi as a premium wellness brand and Makaibari as the crown jewel of Darjeeling teas.

2. Content Ideation, referencing and creation:

- Ideate content formats, series, and campaigns aligned with business goals
- Identify sources of content creation - inhouse/ creators/ influencers/ shoots etc
- Work of driving organic searches for the brand
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them meaningfully for the brand

3. Community Management:





- Own all interactions - comments, DMs, queries, and feedback
- Build a robust, engaged community through thoughtful and timely responses
- Do outbound ORM and outreach on social media platforms + platforms like Reddit and Quora to drive organic brand visibility

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with writers, designers, and videographers to execute content
- Align on briefs, references, and output quality
- Coordinate with external creators or agencies when required
- Ensure a steady pipeline of content across formats and platforms
