Forurfold Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager (expertise in US In-house hiring) to manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with the ability to independently handle the complete employee lifecycle along with In-house US Hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End in-house US Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding





- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

- Policy Implementation & Employee Relations

Skills Required:

- Experience in both Inhouse US Hiring and HR Operations

- Strong communication

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Note: Immediate Joiner required, having excellent communication skills.

Candidate must have hands on experience in US In-house Hiring.
