Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Interior Design Supervisor / Installation Manager with strong FF&E; experience to oversee furniture installations, conduct site assessments, prepare layouts, and ensure flawless execution of furnished apartments.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both on-site and in the office, possess excellent measurement and drafting skills, and have practical experience managing installation teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Site Assessment & Property Evaluation

- Visit prospective properties before acquisition.
- Conduct detailed site measurements and prepare accurate measurement drawings.
- Assess site conditions, access constraints, utility points, and installation feasibility.
- Identify design, furnishing, and execution requirements before onboarding a property.

Layout Planning & Drafting

- Prepare furniture layouts and space planning drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create and update site measurement drawings.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to optimize furniture placement and functionality.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and revisions.

Furniture Installation Management

- Supervise end-to-end furniture installation and apartment setup.
- Ensure installations are completed as per approved layouts and Lyor standards.
- Coordinate with factory, logistics, and installation teams.
- Monitor installation quality, finishing, alignment, and workmanship.
- Resolve on-site execution challenges efficiently.

Quality Control & Handover

- Conduct final inspections before apartment launch.




- Prepare snag lists and ensure closure of pending items.
- Verify measurements and furniture fitment accuracy.
- Ensure apartments are handed over in ready-to-move-in condition.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Operations, Facility Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams.
- Track project timelines and installation progress.
- Submit site reports, measurement reports, and installation updates.
- Maintain project documentation and execution records.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in FF&E; installation and site execution.
- Excellent site measurement and surveying skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting layouts and measurement drawings.
- Good understanding of furniture construction, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Comfortable managing installers, carpenters, and vendors on-site.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Preferred Background

- Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or related field.
- Experience with residential interiors, furnished apartments, hospitality, co-living, or FF&E; projects.
- Prior experience in furniture manufacturing or installation management will be preferred.

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

- Accuracy of site measurements and layouts.
- On-time completion of apartment installations.
- Installation quality and snag-free handovers.
- Reduction in measurement and execution errors.
- Effective coordination between factory and site teams.
