We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead strategic and operational procurement for our quick-growing kitchen appliances manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk purchasing of CKD/SKD kits, imported and indigenous components, supplier development, cost optimization, inventory planning, and procurement process management.

The candidate should have worked in manufacturing organizations assembling products such as Kitchen Chimneys, Gas Cooktops, Built-in Hobs, Induction Cooktops, Mixer Grinders, Juicers, Ovens, Toasters, Coffee Machines, Air Fryers, Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), and other consumer durables.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing

- Develop sourcing strategies for CKD, SKD, and local components.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers.
- Build alternate vendor base to reduce supply risks.
- Achieve annual procurement cost reduction targets through negotiations and value engineering.




- Develop long-term supplier partnerships.

Procurement Operations

- Manage complete procurement lifecycle from Purchase Requisition to Vendor Payment.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules.
- Monitor procurement KPIs including:
- Purchase Cost Savings
- Supplier OTIF
- Lead Time
- Purchase Price Variance
- Inventory Turns
- Vendor Fill Rate
- Supplier Quality Performance

Should understand:

- BOM based procurement
- MOQ management
- Safety Stock Planning
- Import Procurement
- Local Procurement
- Forecast based purchasing

Preference will be given who have experience of Sourcing & Procurement in Appliances Industries and can join in 15 - 20 days
