Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) will drive business growth by engaging senior decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, and positioning FyndBridge as a trusted executive search partner. This role requires a consultative, research-oriented skilled with strong relationship-building and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct strategic outreach to CXOs, founders, CHROs, and business leaders.
- Identify leadership hiring needs and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through market research, talent intelligence, and targeted prospecting.




- Position FyndBridge's executive search capabilities through value-driven conversations.
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and coordinate client handovers with the delivery team.
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and market insights.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, or Consulting.
- Prior exposure to executive search or professional services is preferred.
