The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering quality candidates within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US NON IT roles working directly with clients (W2/Full-time positions) Understand job requirements and collaborate closely with hiring managers for quick closures Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and networking Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and cultural alignment Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle Negotiate offers, rates, and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain pipeline, tracker,
