Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive sales growth in the Government and PSU segment, with a solid focus on cloud, colocation, and data-center-related solutions. The role requires strong networks within Central & Delhi Government departments, deep understanding of government procurement processes, and the ability to influence decision-making in high-value technology infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development
- Drive direct sales for Government and PSU accounts (not enterprise)
- Identify and convert high-value opportunities in Central Govt, Delhi Govt, and PSU bodies
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure
- Government Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with senior government officials, consultants, system integrators, and OEMs




- Leverage existing contacts to expand business opportunities
- Navigate complex departmental structures and procurement norms independently
- Strategic Engagement
- Influence departments to consider private colocation services instead of building their own DCs
- Conduct detailed account mapping and opportunity planning
- Position global best practices, compliance, and data security advantages to Govt stakeholders
- Market Understanding
- Stay updated on Government demand trends, procurement guidelines, and regulatory changes
- Track competitor activities in the Govt/DC/Cloud ecosystem

Education (Mandatory)

- BE / BTech in Engineering Mandatory
- MBA or Masters in a relevant field Mandatory
